One of the most common metals used for construction projects, steel is a strong and versatile material. A steel sheet for construction projects holds endless potential, and can be used for secondary building structures, like mezzanine flooring and gantries, as well as fixtures, fittings and lighter-duty interior design features.
Structural steel is often galvanised or powder coated to increase strength, durability and corrosion-resistance, while steel for interior applications can be polished, brushed or powder-coated to enhance aesthetic appeal.
Boasting a high strength-to-weight ratio, aluminium is perfect for building components like beams and columns, adding structural integrity without significant mass.
