Step two: Follow-up and consultation

We’ll let you know when the team has received your enquiry, and if necessary, one of our friendly experts will be in touch to clarify details or ask further questions. Next, we’ll schedule a consultation to run through your plans in more depth and ensure the specifications and approach will deliver the best possible product for your requirements. We’ll outline any suggested changes or recommendations and provide a rough cost estimate for the job.

Step three: Detailed quotation and design blueprint

Our experienced design team get underway, turning the agreed plans into detailed CAD drawings. This will be shared with you alongside a clear product description, material and finishing details, delivery and installation arrangements, estimated timelines and a detailed quotation.

FAQs

Do you charge for consultation?

No, we provide consultation as part of the order process. We support and advise you on your brief, provide detailed CAD drawings, and share a project timeline and quotation with no cost or obligations. It’s then up to you whether you’d like to place an order and take the project forward.

If I decide not to go ahead with my custom metal project, will I own the rights to the CAD drawings?

If you decide not to move ahead with the project, the CAD drawings we have produced remain our intellectual property. However, we can usually provide a quotation if you want to purchase the rights to your design – just get in touch.

What is your returns policy?

We work closely with you to create a bespoke product for your unique space, function or requirements, and therefore do not accept returns. However, our bespoke consultation and order process is designed to ensure you know exactly what you’re getting, and crucially, that the finished product fits the brief, so a return would never be necessary.
