We’ve specialised in the warehouse and logistics sector for over 30 years, creating custom designed and fabricated metal solutions that solve unique challenges, streamline operations and drive efficiencies. Working with quality materials and industry-leading technology, we apply expertise and skillful craftsmanship to deliver bespoke parts and products to meet exacting sizing, performance and functionality requirements.
CSM produces custom fabricated metal solutions for warehouses of all sizes and sectors – from food and FMCG to machinery and heavy goods, multinational corporations and smaller organisations alike.
Sometimes off-the-shelf parts don’t exist for your specific space, function or challenge. Working with a product that’s not fit for purpose takes its toll on efficiency, quality and morale.
Using high quality sheet metals, deep sector expertise and specialist machinery, we can laser cut, bend, form and weld to create a perfectly formed and fully functioning solution.
We work closely with clients to understand their requirements, providing an end-to-end service from initial consultation through to design, manufacture and installation.
Whether you need a niche one-off component or mass-produced equipment for warehouses nationwide, we can help. CSM creates top quality, compliant, durable warehouse solutions that come in on time and on budget.

Steel is the most common material used to create custom metal parts and products for warehouses.
The versatile metal is strong, durable and reliable, making it suitable for a range of heavy-duty applications. We use mild and stainless steel for everything from racking and trolleys to machinery parts and secondary structural components.
Galvanised steel is often our go-to where its extra strength, durability and corrosion-resistant properties are required – for outdoor racking or more central structural components, for example.
Aluminium is known for its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion-resistance. In warehouse environments, it’s commonly used for trolleys carrying lighter loads, keeping them light and easy to manoeuvre. Aluminium’s flexibility and malleability also makes it a good choice for more intricate parts and components.
While these are the most common metals used for warehouse applications, we also work with bronze, copper, brass, pewter and zinc, to name a few. If you’re not sure which metal will best suit your application, our expert team would be happy to advise.
We’ve worked in warehousing and logistics for over three decades, creating industrial racking, custom trolleys and everything in between. We overcome your challenge with precision-engineered solutions, tailored to your unique set-up.
We work with you to design and create a solution that meets your exact requirements, whether you want us to look after the whole process from initial consultation to installation, or simply want to enlist our skills and expertise for a particular part of the project.
We approach every project with an unrelenting focus on quality and ensure that every product that leaves our workshop complies with vital health, safety and industry regulation.
Amazon required a protection system that could be fitted to the end of each aisle to take impact from passing equipment. CSM used rotational moulding to create custom pieces from MDPE, delivering a strong and durable solution to help prevent product damage on-site.
Amazon approached CSM with a bespoke brief for trolleys that could be lifted by forklifts, hold up to 150kg and would be easy to operate. We designed and created a custom trolley from robust aluminium that’s now being used to lift and relocate goods in Amazon’s warehouses across the globe.
The CSM team is on hand to help with your next warehouse fabrication project, whether you need new structural components to optimise your warehouse space, or bespoke handling equipment. Whatever stage you’re at, we can help.
