Welds produced with the tig process tend to be attractive and very strong. As you can see, the quality of our Tig / Gtaw welding is exceptional, we can tig weld most metals, ranging from 0.3mm upwards in thickness (differs from metal to metal).

MIG / MAGS Welding Process

Metal Inert Gas welding or Mig as its known.
Our welding department can mig / mags weld metals ranging from 1mm upwards in thickness, (differs from metal to metal), we use a synergic super pulse process for mig as it produces a cleaner finish.

MMA / SMAW Welding Process

Manual Metal Arc welding or MMA as its known.
The process of MMA lends itself to site work and certain heavy stainless steel projects. Our welding department has years of experience working with the MMA process, and can achieve an exceptional finish even though the process is known for generating high amounts of spatter.

Oxy Acetylene Welding Process

Oxy Acetylene Welding or gas welding as it is known.
At customised sheet metal, we use a specialist form of brazing, which contains a liquid flux, it makes for a stronger join when either brazing or silver soldering.
